Our independent restaurant is dedicated to serving artisan quality food in big portions that are always fresh. We serve hand-tossed Neapolitan style pizza, the freshest salads, outstanding steaks and fine fish, and the most delicious sandwiches, soups, appetizers, desserts and extras. We do it all on site and from scratch – our own dough, ground meats, sauces, dips, dressings, soups and desserts. We have a full bar and a terrific wine list.

Pizza crust is just right -not thick, but not too thin. We toss the dough and paddle your pizza into the dome oven, spinning it a few times to reach an even 600 degrees and be cooked to perfection from top to bottom. You can select from over 30 toppings – including exotic meats, cheeses and vegetables. Our Stromboli and our Calzone are superb and can be made custom for you as well. Try our unique specials! We have gluten free crust as well!

Salads are big and delicious because we use the best fresh produce trimmed and chopped with care. You can get Caesar, House, Spinach, Classic Wedge or Greek  salads in small and large sizes. Why not add chicken and make one a meal? The house salad uses romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, feta cheese, and our own honey roasted pecans. Our salad dressings are made here – try all seven! We have Creamy Gorgonzola, Italian Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Greek, Pesto Ranch and Caesar.

Sandwiches are handmade to order, authentically big and beautiful. Try the Meatball Sub with our own meatballs and marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella. Or opt for the Grilled Chicken or the Cuban or the Philly Cheese Steak. Don’t miss the Hoagies made with Boar’s Head cold cuts, fresh avocado, tomato and mozzarella. We have fine fresh burgers and fish tacos as well!

Steaks, Fish and Chicken finest quality and first cut. Though our pizza is truly the best on the lake, why not let the kids devour it while you indulge yourself with a fine Ribeye or Ahi Tuna Steak? We have suburb Chicken Marsala and Chicken Piccata and Grilled Salmon as well!

Pastas do fabulously with our in-house own marinara, meatballs and sausage. Try The Arabiatta, the Primavera, the fine Spaghetti and the Fussili!

Appetizers of our own spinach/artichoke dip are made fresh daily. You can hear them chopping in the kitchen all morning. The calamari and chicken wings will take the bite off your hunger. Have you ever tried a fried artichoke heart with homemade chipotle aioli? You won’t find that at your typical boring restaurant! How about fresh cheese bread withallof our fine cheeses and fresh in-house marinara? Or try the Ahi tuna carpaccio!

Soups are daily specials decided on by our chef. Favorites include Italian Wedding and Poblano Corn. Our soup lovers are very dedicated. They love our soups made from scratch. You will too.

Soft Drinks are only the best. We make our own real lemonade. We have to refill it all of the time. We have a full 10 nozzles of real Coke products. We’ve got fresh iced tea, and we’ve got rich coffee.

Beer and Wine We have more than 15 kinds of beer; many from interesting local brewers. For wine we have some of the best varietals by the bottle and by the glass.

Desserts include our own house made chocolate chip cheesecake,  key lime pie, rich brownies and cookies.

Kids eat well and eat reasonably with our simple and fresh  portions made just for your pride and joy.
